Toronto FC host a red-hot SC Nashville at BMO Field this Saturday.

The pregame narrative: Toronto has picked up a point in three straight games but Nashville is on a four-game winning streak, with points in eight straight. We’re rolling with the Music to at least tie thanks to their high-powered offence.

SC Nashville vs. Toronto FC same-game parlay picks

Parlay: NSC to win or tie + Both teams to score + over 2.5 goals (+275)

NSC to win or tie (-205) : It’s hard to argue against backing Nashville on Saturday. The team is on the best run of form in MLS with six wins in its last seven games and a plus-10 goal differential. Dating back further, the Music have points in eight straight (6-2-0).

Toronto’s three-game point streak should be encouraging for fans, but this team is still far from a world-beater. Two of those results were ties, and TFC have won just one of their last seven games (1-3-3).

They also have just three wins this entire season (3-9-5), meaning opponents have cashed this wager in 82.35% of games.

Both teams to score (-137) : We think the home fans will have at least one thing to cheer about in this game. The Music are on a run but have also given up a goal in seven of their last eight, including each of the past five (Nashville scored in all those games).

At least one side has been held scoreless in nine of TFC’s 17 games this season, but both teams have scored in two of their last three outings. Toronto’s 47.0% season-long BTTS rate isn’t fantastic, but with the way Nashville is playing, we expect fireworks.

Over 2.5 goals (-107) : If both teams scored one goal apiece, this SGP would sink — but the scoreboard operator should be busier than that.

Nashville has cleared this total in six of its last seven games including each of the past four. Toronto has only cleared this once in the last eight, though, which could be cause for concern.

That said, TFC have averaged 5.67 shots on target over the past three games compared to 3.0 SOT in 14 games prior.
